I have talked a lot of times about the six encores that Grigory Sokolov seems to play at the end of every concert, but I just ran across a rather amazing bunch of encores from Evgeny Kissin. This is from his Proms concert at Royal Albert Hall in 1997 before 6,000 people. He plays eight encores:

I witnessed something even more incredie. In Naples, in early 2010s, he played 15 encores, one more difficult than the other, all flawlessly
That sounds like it might be a record! I have seen Nigel Rogers do seven encores and Andrés Segovia do eight, not to mention Grigory Sokolov do six in a couple of different concerts. But fifteen! Wow. Last summer in Salzburg he did three encores.
