'Marxist-Leninist science is the guiding star!' I suspect that the unintended good we do in the world is probably much greater than the intended, for most of us anyway. But can't come up with any ideologues who made wonderful music. Perhaps there are careerists who hid their ideological afflictions sufficiently well that their music still stands respectably?
